WisHope Recovery Center, located in Waukesha and Milwaukee, provides SAMHSA-compliant residential addiction treatment to individuals from all parts of Wisconsin. Our evidence-based treatment program provides clinical care, dual diagnosis support, and individualized drug and alcohol rehabilitation. We aim to promote mental wellness and long-term recovery through tools, therapies, and environment to help both men and women recover and prosper.

Our Residential Treatment Program - What You Can Expect
WRC’s Residential Treatment Program offers 24-hour care for 30-90 days and is the most beneficial for people experiencing moderate to severe substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health disorders, such as stress and anxiety.

Stabilize symptoms of drug addiction to begin focused, personalized treatment.
Support lifestyle change through structured, communal living.
Provide a safe, drug-free environment for healing and recovery.
Treat dual diagnosis, including anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
Offer a variety of therapies, including MAT, CBT, DBT, and holistic care.
Address negative core beliefs and their impact on behavior.
Build emotional awareness and healthy thinking patterns.
Teach emotional regulation using proven methods like DBT.
Train clients to stay calm and think clearly under stress.

Holistic Residential Treatment for Substance Use and Mental Health
We know that many adults with substance use issues also face mental health challenges like depression, anxiety, trauma, and mood disorders. Our licensed therapists specialize in treating these conditions alongside addiction.
WisHope’s adult residential program supports people to enhance their communication skills, emotion regulation, and address the negative stigma associated with drug use. Many people feel guilt and shame and have harmed people they love. WRC helps individuals heal and rebuild their healthy support systems, so they can be successful in recovery long-term. Adults reinforce a healthy routine while in our residential program, including cooking, doing laundry, the importance of keeping your space clean, etc.

Many people participate in our recreation and cultural events sober for the first time in years. We want to show you can have fun in recovery.
Accountability
Adults learn what it means to be accountable for their actions and how they impact others. This is a very important skill for people working to repair their lives and rebuild their relationships.
Healthy Relationships
Adults repair healthy relationships that were strained due to their drug use and walk away from negative relationships that led to drug use.
Vocational Skills
Many clients have trouble holding jobs because of substance use. In treatment, adults develop work skills and get job placement help through our partners & build healthy routines and leave treatment with a job, stable housing, and medical care.
